Account Executive

Dynacor Media is currently seeking a dynamic outgoing individual to join our team in the position of Account Executive. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Account Executive will play a vital role in the growth of the business.

The Company: Dynacor is an Edmonton-based leader in the eLearning solutions and video production markets. Our engaging learning content is cutting edge and provides the perfect solution for our clients’ communication, training and orientation needs. We excel at combining the right mix of video production, 3D modelling, animation, virtual reality and interactive programming to maximize training effectiveness for our top level petrochemical and petroleum, utility, manufacturing, government and educational clients.

The Right Candidate: Your primary role will be to cultivate new business opportunities, by prospecting for new customers and re-engaging current and previous clients, in the areas of eLearning and various video projects. If you are a talented, outgoing, and eager business development professional that thrives on mining for leads and engaging prospects to gain interest and invest in a company’s products and services, then you might have what it takes to be an Account Executive at Dynacor.

  • Manage lead generation activities, including sales prospecting and developing relationships in key accounts.
  • Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with prospective and current customers to generate new business for the company’s products and services, particularly in the areas of eLearning and multimedia training aids.
  • Assemble and collaborate with Dynacor’s teams to develop engaging proposals outlining proposed approaches, timelines and pricing to be presented to the client.
  • Actively participate in professional associations to build strong networks and awareness for the Dynacor brand.
  • Diploma or degree in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or related training/education.
  • Five + years of sales, business development and other relevant experience within the eLearning / multimedia industry is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal/networking skills and ability to interact positively and effectively with a wide variety of personalities at all levels.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
